Welcome to the W.E.B.!

W.E.B. begins its 11^th year of service to women seeking to discover God’s truths for them in today’s world.  As with the technology of the day, W.E. B. is also changing.  But we’ll talk about that later.

            This year’s study is an exciting and challenging one as we take on Liz Curtis Higgs’ book,

 Bad Girls of the Bible.   Didn’t think there were any bad girls in there?  Well think again.  And the amazing thing is God was still able to use these flawed women to do His will (maybe not always in their lives, but often in the lives of others around them).  If you look, you will probably find a little of yourself in each one of these Bad Girls.   It promises to be an “eye-opening” experience.  Want to join us?  Here is how:     

After that, your group will meet each week at your own convenience and then after every 3rd lesson we will get together (on the 4^th week) as a large group at Calvary Baptist Church Fellowship hall (114 Hope Ct Elyria) for a time of study, review, fellowship and refreshments.  We will see how we have grown both physically and in Christ.  Just think how many friends you can invite to this type of small group interaction.

                The books are available online at www.amazon.com or contact your local Christian Bookstore.  You will also need to purchase the WORKBOOK that accompanies the study.  W.E.B. will purchase a quantity of books to distribute on a first come fist serve.
